She worked for Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) for over 22 years. She also had a tax practice for a number of years and worked in private companies as Finance Director and as a pricing consultant for the Department of Transportation for the State of Washington. She continues to be active in the contracting community. During her career, Ms. Clark was active in professional organizations such as the Washington State Board of Accountancy, National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) and the National Association of Tax Preparers (NATP).
