Ingredients List
For Lachha Paratha Burger Dough :-
Maida Flour (मैदा) - 2 Bowl
Sugar Powder (चीनी पाउडर) - 2 tbsp
Ghee (घी) - 1 Bowl
Milk (दूध) - 1.5 Cup
Water (पानी) - as per required
Ghee (घी) - as per required

For Channa Kabab :-
Black Gram (काला चना) - 250 gm
Corn (भुट्टा) - 1/2 Bowl
Potato (आलू) - 3 to 4
Ginger Paste (अदरक) - 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves (धनिए के पत्ते)
Red Chiili Powder (लाल मिर्च) - 1.5 tbsp
Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 2 tbsp
Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) - 2 tbsp
Salt (नमक) - as per taste
Rice Powder (चावल का आटा) - 1 Bowl

For Sauce :-
Tandoori Mayonnaise - 2 Spoon
Tomato Ketchup - 1 Spoon
White Mayonnaise - 1 Spoon

For Bake :-
Desi Ghee / Rice Bran Oil / Any Cooking Oil (तेल)
