Some primary school headteachers under Kampala Capital City Authority have revealed that self-styled investors are threatening to grab public school land, with some KCCA officials allegedly being assaulted over the matter. They made this revelation during a meeting with the Minister of State for Primary Education, Joyce Moriku Kaducu, in Kampala.
