It's very common to have difficulty controlling the dream when you become lucid. It takes practice and you need to know the proper steps or else you could become frustrated and wake yourself up. This video goes over some of those things, like teleportation and creating objects out of thin air. If there's something you need help with that's not on the list, comment below and I'll try to help.

Once you've experienced lots of lucid dreams, you'll get better and better at controlling things around you and doing whatever you want. You'll have more confidence and stability and will be able to lucid dream for much longer. This video will give you a solid foundation to get started, but remember that lucid dreaming requires practice and it may take a few dreams until you're comfortable controlling everything.

I know this video is shorter than my previous ones but next week I have something awesome planned! I'm at the lake right now so I had to rush this one a bit because I didn't want to miss an upload. Regardless, the tips in this video will help you out a lot and I recommend writing them down somewhere or memorizing them so you're prepared the next time you become lucid!
