The suffering of Christ reveals
both the seriousness of sin
and the depth of God’s mercy.
It shows us that redemption is costly —
but love was willing to pay.
The cross stands as a reminder:
God did not watch from a distance.
He entered into our pain
to rescue us from it.
Through suffering came salvation.
Through sacrifice came hope.
