Empowering Future Leaders
On October 25th, 150 students and alumni from the Pinball Foundation joined 100 executives from 50 companies for the 8th You(th) Lead Conference — a day of connection, mentorship, and growth.
Co-founders Diane and Michael “Pinball” Clemons kicked things off with an inspiring welcome that set the tone for meaningful conversations. From speed networking to transformative mentorship, the day sparked ideas, built connections, and empowered the next generation of leaders.
Students spent the afternoon in an interactive session with Jerome “Junkyard Dog” Williams where he shared his inspiring journey from the court to his career beyond basketball, and discussed lessons from his new book, R.O.L.E. Player: Passing on the Wisdom.
