20 minute full body low intensity steady state (LISS) cardio fat burning walking weight loss workout! Weights are optional (see below for the weight sets I recommend. I'm using the wrist weights, but I prefer to hold them in my hands).
Want to lose weight, rev up your metabolism, get toned and burn fat & calories? This is a great fitness workout for women over 50 and a full body fat-burning workout suitable for beginners. Perfect for your daily workout to increase your fitness level to burn fat, tone your whole body, and boost your mood.
Walk at home workout - no jumping, no equipment (but hey! Feel free to substitute light weights if you'd like for an extra calorie and fat burning experience). This is completely apartment friendly. Unless of course you start yelling because you feel amazing at the end. In that case, yell because you feel AWESOME, you had a great workout, and don't forget to share with friends!
If any moves are uncomfortable, please modify them or go back to a march. 30 seconds of each exercise followed by 30 seconds of marching in place to keep that steady state of fat-burning going and your muscles warmed up and burning those calories!
