Kone Minispace Traction Elevators - Almadera Hotel Makassar

Описание: These are 2 sets of Kone Minispace elevators in the hotel building; previously there was a Kone TMS (Traffic Master System) with some combined Indolift fixtures that was operated for over a decade. In 2019, management decided to replace it with the same brand due to the age factor. That previous model before being replaced, it's an very extreme legendary because that fixtures. I'll didn't riding to the bottom floor due to Security guided in basement entrance and also, i'll wasn't check the Service Elevator since that for Crew Hotel Only.

This building was made in the 1990s as the Quality Hotel under the Choice Hotels International license brand. In the 2010s, management decided to not renew the name license under Choice Hotel International due to the contract license ending and created a local hospitality company under the name Phinisi Hospitality that will be effective since November 2015. After that, management decided to rebrand to Quality Plaza Hotel until 2019. Then change again into Almadera Hotel until now.
