EASY stuffed EGGPLANT recipe with rice

Описание: Karniyarik is a Turkish eggplant recipe stuffed with a mince tomato filling and a simple tomato sauce, all baked together in the oven. This eggplant recipe is not only very easy to make, it also tastes awesome. The roasted eggplant also makes this a healthy dinner.😉 As a side dish I also made some Lebanese rice, a delicious mixture of rice and vermicelli cooked to perfection 😍

1 chopped onion
120g rasped cheese
2 garlic cloves
