Troubleshooting guide for Warning code 401:
1.Check the communication cable connection:
For Min 2.5-6K TL-X inverter, syscom pin 7 to meter Pin 10 RS485A, syscom pin 8 to meter pin 9 RS485B
For Min 7-10K TL-X inverter, syscom pin 7 to meter pin 9 RS485B, syscom pin 8 to meter pin 10 RS485A
For Min 2.5-6K TL-XH inverter, syscom pin 5 to meter pin 10 RS485A, syscom pin 6 to meter pin 9 RS485B
For Mod three-phase inverter with SDM630 three phase meter, syscom pin7 to RS485A, syscom pin 8 to RS485B
2. Check the inverter's setting for export limitation:
Gesture: single tap to choose, double tap to confirm, triple tap to go back.
Set parameter -- advanced -- password 123 -- export limit on -- choose meter -- choose SW -- set export limit ratio
3. Check the CT's position and direction:
Position: put it before all the loads, for example, put it before the main circuit breaker of the house or put it before the electricity meter.
Direction: the arrow towards the load, the letter L is facing the load.
4. Check the syscom connection and meter settings:
Please connects the plug to syscom port, not DRM port
