Trento did its part in applying pressure on teams higher in the standings by finishing the regular season with a 76-68 home victory over Ulm. Trento controlled the second half and managed to build a 10-point lead with 3 minutes to secure the win and an 11-7 record. Trento, which hopes for a home game in the opening round of the post-season, rebounded from the loss last week at NINERS Chemnitz.
DeVante’ Jones had 24 points and 6 assists, DJ Steward collected 14 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and Andrej Jakimovski chipped in 11 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Ulm finished its season with a 7-11 record. Meissa Faye scored a career high 16 points in the loss.
