Gall bladder cancer (GBC) can initially have no symptoms at all and are often diagnosed incidentally after cholecystectomy ( gall bladder removal ) for gall bladder stone disease. These are called incidental gall bladder cancer - #IGBC
So, if someone is diagnosed with IGBC it should be not be taken as doom, as these are the patient who do well as there is more chance of curative intent treatment here.
In contrary, most of the GBC diagnosed preoperatively with below symptoms like jaundice are often advanced and may not carrry as good an outcome as IGBC
