Strava KOM attempt with a side of an FTP test.

Warming up the streets in NC while the snow keeps falling on the streets of CO. This ride was for you boss man. Set out to send the warmth in crowns and fully delivered.

Felt good and felt right, so we went at it. Functional Threshold Power (FTP) effort and a few KOMs to send the heat from NC to CO.

Took a different approach to this video. A little more data, a little more detail, and a little more time in front of the camera and on a mic. Settling into a style and rhythm of things, and giving myself patience as I get there.

Had fun talking through the ride and re-living the segment. Helps to talk through the segment as it gives me mental notes of my effort and the segment itself for next time.

A lot of action going on between now and the prior video, and I'm going to continue to try and increase the frequency of my videos. But, naturally there has been a lot of other things occupying my focus at the moment.
