To meet the needs of the rapidly growing tech startup scene in Munich, WERK1 has expanded its space: WERK1.4 now has additional startup offices, new coworking spaces, and larger scaleup offices. With the opening of WERK1.4, we also introduced the first coliving concept for Munich's startup scene.

Startups and scaleups can apply for apartments and offer their employees and guests a temporary place to stay for one to six months. All coliving guests can use our community offers and thus easily immerse themselves in the startup ecosystem in Munich.
