I know this channel we typically talk about how to pack on as much lean muscle tissue as possible, but today, let’s get into some shoulder health exercises.
Every gym I go into each week, I see the same guys walk over to the flat bench, put a plate on the bar, go 10ish reps and sit up doing arm circles with pain on their faces. Want to guess why that is?
1……no warmup, 2 they do nothing to protect their shoulders. In today’s video I go over 3 exercises that John built into my program that allowed me to press very heavy weights for over a decade with no shoulder pain.
Not only are all 3 great for prevention, they give your delts a massive pump. So watch this video, add them into your routine and stop experiencing pain when chest pressing.
