Kali puja is knocking at the doors, and the king's court is filled with discussions of Diwali celebrations. Mantri says that they should conduct a competition for fireworks. Gopal said that every year they have been doing that so this year they should try something unique. After thinking a lot the king said he wants to see firecrackers that will fly less and burn more.
