Описание: Aval milk is a tasty and nutrient dense drink made from flattened rice flakes, also known as Poha, milk, and peanuts. It is popular in many parts of Kerala and is often consumed as a refreshing energy drink. I have customised aval milk recipe into a more healthier beverage using (ragi) finger millet flakes instead of rice flakes and jaggery for sweetness instead of sugar, and replaced dairy milk with plant based milk. The millet flakes helps to keep you fuller for a long time along with its nutritious properties. You can increase or decrease jaggery as per taste. The plant based milk help to enjoy this drink by those who has dairy milk allergies. This vegan and plant based aval milk is healthier choice for those on a weight loss journey. #avalmilk #avilmilk #vegan #weightloss

THIS RECIPE SERVES ONE
INGREDIENTS:
2-3 kerala ripe plantains
1 tbsp jaggery powder
1 cup of plant based milk of your choice
Peanuts as needed
3 tbsp Sprouted Ragi Flakes
NOTE: You can use kerala (red rice) matta aval instead of ragi
Can use dairy milk instead of plant based milk.
