Better big toe mobility with 5 simple steps
🦶Assisted big toe lifts (use your hand or a band)
🦶Active big toe lifts (push little toes down to help with the movement)
🦶Seated calf raises (work through full range of motion if possible without pain)
🦶Beginner toe flow (nice & slow)
🦶Toe walk (if it feels uncomfortable on a hard surface, try on a mat)
Use one or more of these exercises
🔁 Do 3-5 sets of 12-20 repetitions or until fatigue
Do not push through a range of motion that feels painful and modify as needed!
