How we can make bridges, and flyovers on highways? check the full process of bridge construction Two drawings are very important for the execution of the Bridge Project 1. Layout Working drawing 2. Structural drawings of different RCC components of the bridge ( pile, pile cap, pier, pier cap, girder ) Generally, with the help of the Layout plan, we are marking the site location for further procedures like boring piles, etc. The main procedure involved in the execution of the construction of the bridge is the following steps : 1. Marking accordingly to the layout plan 2. Boring of the pile with the help of Auger Boring Pipe Machine 3. Pouring the Bentonite Polymer Mix Admixtures in liquid form into the boring hole. Bentonite is used to harden the loose wet soil in the boring hole, it prevents the collapse of wet soil to the pile bottom level which can disturb the execution procedure. SONIC LOGGING MEASUREMENT TEST: Through this test we identify whether the concreting in the pile is proceeding smoothly or not, to ensure the diameter of the pile should not get disturbed through the depth of the pile. High ultrasonic frequency wire will get inserted in the boring hole which is in touch with 2- 3 steel bars in the reinforcement case and during concreting transducer and receiver will activate in following to attached with the device which shows the actual performance and workability of concrete. 4. Insert the Reinforcement welded case in the boring hole with the help of a hydraulic crane following lifting and inserting. 5. Pouring of concrete in the boring hole with the help of a Concrete conic termite tube for the better pouring of concrete in the boring hole with the regular interval of compaction. 6. Pile Chipping: the top level of pile concrete from the cutoff level will be get removed mechanically or manually it is essential to remove the top part of concrete to remove the impurities gather at the top portion by the upward pressure phenomenon. 7. pile cap reinforcement( bottom mesh and top mesh along with chair ) will be get arranged which will be get lapped by the pile vertical bars. The chair in the mesh will hold the top mesh and bottom mesh, main the spacing between top mesh and bottom mesh. 8. Pier reinforcement will be get arranged and attached with pier cap bottom mesh 9. pouring of concrete in the pile cap. 10. Heavy steel fabricated formwork from all around of pier reinforcement for settlement of concrete 11. pier cap 12. Placed the precast box girder on the bearing plate of pier cap ( if client claiming ) Cast - in- Situ box girder: arrangement of reinforcement and shuttering work for casting the box girder at the cross-section ( accordingly to client claim and specification ) 13. De-shuttering of formwork 14. Structure will be open for the movement of traffic etc.
