Supreme Court verdict out on Sushant Singh Rajput probe; Case to be handed over to CBI

Описание: The Supreme Court has come out with a judgement on the Sushant Singh Rajput case and the case has been handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation which is a massive victory for Sushant Singh Rajput's family.

Supreme Court has dismissed Rhea Chakraborty's plea to transfer case to Mumbai and also termed the FIR registered by the Bihar police lawful and also took note of the Bihar government's recommendation to transfer of the case to the CBI.

The Supreme Court highlighted that the Bihar Police are competent to hand over the case to CBI although the Mumbai Police also has jurisdiction in the case. For any other case registered against the late actor, we direct the CBI to investigate.'
