Russian shelling of Dnipro city: Russia again attacks non-military targets

Описание: On the morning of November 17, Russia launched several missile attacks on the Dnipro city. It hit one of the workshops of an industrial enterprise. Another rocket fell outside of it, not far from residential buildings and a busy road. According to preliminary information, there are no dead, but the number of victims has increased to 23 people, 15 of them are in the hospital.
