In this episode of the SEED Executive Insights - Podcast Series, we talked to Márton Homola, Group-level Head of Loyalty, Digital Channels and CRM at MOL Group. Márton shared their incredible journey with MOL Group and MOL MOVE application based loyalty program, which received international success and just in 2 years have been rolled out in 6 different countries and reached more than 2.7 millions members to join the community.
MOL MOVE loyalty program and digital solution has been recognized with numerous international and Hungarian awards, including the Gold Award (in Incentive and Reward Design category) from the prestigious Loyal 360 Conference in the US and the Regional Award for CEE including Turkey by the International Loyalty Awards in UK as the best loyalty program and initiative.
Márton as one of the key leaders behind the exceptional successes talked about the essence of MOL MOVE digital solutions, the best practices and latest methodologies of CRM and loyalty programs and also shared his perspective on the future of mobility, the opportunities of digitalized solutions, the innovative customer interactions and MOL Group's role in all these emerging business fields.

Márton Homola acts as Group-level Head of Loyalty, Digital Channels and CRM at MOL Group, since 2021. Previously since 2007, he worked for Telenor/Yettel for almost 14 years in various managerial and leadership positions in pricing, planning, B2C and B2B field, and left the company as Digital Products Director.
Márton, as our distinguished SEED Alumni Member, has been recognized with the SEED Excellence Award for their recent achievements with MOL Group and his outstanding professional and leadership performance.
