Описание: This video is lengthy, but that's because I wanted to show how I learn from my own experiences on the daily. With that, this video is ultimately intended to help everyone understand that the best way to learn modern automotive systems is to look at scan data, understand circuit designs, read service information, review our mistakes, analyze ourselves honestly, and make sure we adjust our approach so as not to repeat similar mistakes on the next challenge we face.

Please keep in mind, that during the initial test drive, I was actually filming that portion during my lunch break (as I often do); because I really want to take the time to learn from the experience, review scan data, testing techniques, and help understand what a fairly new vehicle will do during certain situations.

Moreover, warranty work can be tough to deal with as a technician, but it also gives us the AMAZING opportunity to learn something new and become better at what we do - it's all about how we look at it.

Furthermore, I want to clarify that the customer is my primary focus first and foremost; so if a customer can see how the process works, well it can help them understand it from the technical side of things.

More often than not, we as technicians are doing our absolute best to solve the customer's concern and we want our customers to understand that we are trying to get them back on the road satisfied the first time, but as with anything it is not always possible.

Unfortunately, we are all human beings and we all can make mistakes, but if we are honest and forthcoming about our situation, well than everyone will benefit from it in the long term.

Overall, I'm very grateful and appreciate the opportunity to share this type of stuff with everyone and hope we can all learn something valuable from this - both from a customer and a technician perspective.
