I started my journey flying from Delhi to Hanoi, and my first stop was Banh Mi 25—a must-try for food lovers! Visiting Hoa Lo Prison gave me a deep insight into Vietnam’s past, while the charm of St. Joseph’s Cathedral and Hoan Kiem Lake left me mesmerized. Riding a rickshaw through the Old Quarter felt like stepping back in time, and witnessing a train pass through the famous Train Street was surreal. The day ended with a lively stroll at Beer Street, soaking in Hanoi’s nightlife.

Day 2 was all about culture and heritage. Visiting One Pillar Pagoda, the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, and the Presidential Palace gave me a deeper appreciation of Vietnam’s history. A delicious vegan meal at Met Café, the mesmerizing Water Puppet Show, and ending the trip with egg coffee at Note Coffee made this journey even more special.
