Hi Surbhi, welcome here. Can you please give a small introduction about yourself, what you have been doing in your mortgage business.
Hi Danish, I am good. I'm a Mortgage agent level 2 at Akal Mortgages and I've been doing this from past two years now. It's a great learning experience which I've been doing so far and yeah, its going great.

Where are you based out and since how long you have been into this mortgage industry? So, I am into this from past two years and I am based in Mississauga but we do deals all over Canada and I'm licensed here in Ontario.

So, before working with webdew, how were you generating leads? Can you talk more about what your business was before working with webdew?
Before webdew, I was purely based on referral basis and that time I've experienced that I was managing all the leads manually. It was not that organized in a CRM based structure. But now, I don't have to worry about organizing the CRM, auto recording, receptionist. Now, I only care about my cient and relationship.

Surbhi can you share it with your clients like how did we first got connected and what made you work with webdew?
I was working on a referral basis, it was not like I've never been to marketing companies, I called many marketing companies, tried to understand their structure but that was not something which my goal was. So, when I shared my goal with webdew, it actually match up the things. That's how I initiated the process because I was ready to understand what my goals are and they actually leaded me into that process, rather than just imposing their own structure onto the mortgage broker like I've seen many people doing that.

So, would you like to share your experience working with our team at the backend.
So, the backend team is amazing. First of all, Danish, Chehak, the receptionist service which we have at the website, so it's all a combined process. Sometimes we do it ourselves or having it outsourced to different companies, we actually forget that it has to be interconnected. Its a very complex thing, we cannot understand it by ourselves. Being doing mortgages on one side and doing marketing on the other side, so it's better to outsource it to a specialist who can actually take you to your goals.”
