Ingredients;
Unsalted white butter 100 g
Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
Brown sugar 1/2 cup
Egg 1
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
All purpose flour 1 1/4 cup
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Baking powder. 1/4 tsp
Salt. 1/8 tsp
Chocolate chunks 160 g ( for topping 20g)

Method;
1. In a mixing bowl, Beat together the room temperature butter and both sugars ( powdered + brown) together.
2. Add egg and vanilla essence in it, then beat for another 2-3 minutes, until ít combines well.
3. Then add in your sifted dry ingredients ( flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt), fold it with spatula.
4. After mixing well, add chocolate chunks in it and fold it by spatula.
5. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
6. Now make 50g each balls out of chilled dough and topping it with more chocolate chunks and bake it at 180 degree C for 10-12 minutes.
7. Let it rest for 10 minutest then enjoy.😉
