Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 1/4 cup (60ml) + for frying
Milk powder - 1/4 cup (32g)
Instant yeast- 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Lukewarm water- 1 cup (250ml)
Date syrup - for drizzling
