It is a digital thermometer that instantly senses the temperature of the bath water and uses different colored lights to let you know if the water is too hot or too cold. It also doubles as a bath toy. It gives parents a little extra piece of mind that they are bathing their child in the right temperature water. My wife and I have differing opinions of what we consider a "hot" shower, so this removes any guesswork.
