A High Court in Ibadan has nullified the PDP’s November 15, 2025, national convention and barred the Tanimu Turaki-led National Working Committee from parading as party officers. The court instead recognised the caretaker committee led by Mohammed Abdulrahman and Senator Samuel Anyanwu as the legitimate leadership pending a fresh convention.
