Prepare the shirt:
Lightly spray water on the shirt to make it slightly damp. This helps remove wrinkles more easily.
Start with the collar:
Iron the band collar from the inside first, then from the outside.
Keep the line straight and avoid creating new creases.
Shoulders and sleeves:
Place the shirt on the ironing board with shoulders straight.
Iron each sleeve lengthwise, starting from the cuff up toward the shoulder.
Front panels:
Iron the button side from the inside first, then the outside.
Use the tip of the iron to press between the buttons.
Repeat the same for the other front panel.
Back side:
Spread the shirt flat and iron from top to bottom in smooth strokes.
