Introducing RACKON® • The New OMAL Rack and Pinion Actuator

Описание: After years of experience in the field of industrial pneumatic actuators with Scotch Yoke system, OMAL now presents to the market its first pneumatic actuator with the Rack & Pinion system. Developed by OMAL's in-house R&D department, designed, produced and assembled entirely in Italy, in OMAL's plants in the province of Brescia, the new RACKON® actuator is offered in a torque range from 10 to 474 Nm for the double acting version and from 15 to 347 Nm for the spring return version.
Equipped with a unique piston sealing system that combines a technopolymer gasket and o-ring, the RACKON® actuator has been designed to suit any application, from technical gas generation to oil and gas to water treatment.
This actuator is the perfect synthesis between technical innovation and aesthetics, in fact even the external design, designed by Giugiaro among the most famous Italian industrial designers is carefully studied to combine functionality and form.
