Driving without a side-view mirror can be dangerous, especially if you live in a big city. This customer had their mirror held on by duct tape for some time. Duct tape is strong but eventually, you need a new mirror.

Most car mirrors are mounted and taken off the same way. They will have 3-4 bolts ranging from 8mm to 12mm. They follow a 3-4 bolt pattern. It's an easy job, if you can perform this task, you can take fix virtually any side view mirror.
