Ingredients:
500g salted peanuts
1 ½ lbs Vanilla Almond Bark
1 lb semi sweet chocolate chips
1 ½ cups of Peanut Butter
4 cups mini marshmallows ** these are optional, but if you don’t use them, add a bag of unsalted peanuts or other nuts with your salted peanuts.
Sprinkles

Directions:
1. In the crockpot add the peanuts, the vanilla almond bark, chocolate chips then peanut butter.
2. Let it melt on high for about an hour. Check it every ½ hour to see how melted it is.
3. While it is melting, put mini baking cups into mini cupcake pans or line them up on a baking sheet. If you don’t have mini baking cups, just like a few baking sheets with parchment paper.
4. When the chocolate is all melted, stir it well to make sure it all combines.
5. Turn off the crockpot and let it cool for a few minutes.
6. Add in your marshmallows, stir together, working fast, scoop out spoonfuls into your baking cups or on to your lined baking sheets.
7. Sprinkle with your sprinkles 😂on top of each chocolate scoop.
8. Put in the fridge for about an hour to harden.
9. Try not to eat too many at a time! Enjoy!😂

This was my first time using marshmallows in it. They were delicious by they stuck to the baking cups and before I could get it all scooped out, they melted. Even though they melted and was a little frustrating, I would do it again because they were amazing!
