Welcome to my video tour and history of the Concord Mall in Wilmington, Delaware filmed on February 2nd, 2025. Located in a relatively affluent area of the state, not far from the Pennsylvania border, this is a gorgeous mall with some of my favorite architecture I've seen yet. Unfortunately, after a long and storied history, it's fallen on hard times, although it's not quite ready to give up just yet.
