This exercise develops stability and strength in our toros to enable us to do the full exercise in the intermediate level. By raising and lifting our knees off the mat we develop strength in our shoulder girdle, abdominals and glutes. Complete 5-8 reps of both knees lifting off
Complete 3-6 reps on each side alternating each time with the second variation.
