OEM rear tug strap installation on 2025 KTM 300XC-W Hardenduro
Need:
Drill
15/64 drill bit for hole
10MM socket to install the strap
KTM OEM tug strap
Shorter bolts from kit
Threaded blocks from kit
Washers from kit
Aluminum spacers from Kit
Search for the google document below. On page 14 in English has the templates. Print that page, cut out the template, use a punch to set a divot in the plastic on the template, use a 15/64 drill bit (or 6mm drill bit) to make the hole in the plastic. Drop the threaded block into the cavity and use thread lock on the bolt to attach the strap into the block.
