Описание: The Holiday Baithak was a three-day Indian classical music festival which inaugurated SIMA programming in the Harrisburg area. This video features SIMA founder and guru Arijit Mahalanabis' rendition of Raga Jhinjhoti with Tejas Tope (Tabla), Pratyush Goberdhan (Sarangi), Kishan Patel (Harmonium), and Akhil Jobanputra (Voice). He begins with a traditional composition in vilambit tilvada followed by two contemporary madhyalaya tintala compositions. The first madhyalaya tintala composition was composed by Pandit Dinkar Kaikini, and the second by Pandit S.N. Ratanjankar.
