1/4 Cup + 3 tbsp or 95 g powder sugar
1/4 cup for 20 gram cocoa powder
1/4 cup for 50 gram refined oil
1/2 Cup or 100 g lukewarm milk
1 tsp baking powder
half tsp baking soda
1 tsp coffee
1/4 tsp coffee is essense or vanilla essence
1 tsp vinegar
1/4 Cup hot water


for soaking
1/4 Cup milk
2 tbsp condensed milk
1 tbsp cocoa powder


for frosting
150 ml whipping cream
2 to 3 tbsp chocolate ganache
1 tsp cocoa powder
