1 Shot Hot Espresso
Garnish with 3 Coffee Beans

30 ml Lemon Juice
15 ml Simple Syrup
3 dashes Orange Bitters
45 ml Absolut Vodka
1 whole Egg White (can be replaced with 15 ml Aquafaba)
Garnish with a Lemon Zest

20 ml Simple Syrup
1 Dash Orange Flower Water
30 ml Heavy Cream
15 ml Lemon Juice
15 ml Lemon Juice
60 ml Gin
1 whole Egg White
Shake for 12 minutes
Pour together with Soda Water
Garnish with Orange Zest
