In this video, I draw a realistic eye (my own eye) in charcoal. The drawing process took me about 15 min. The video is much shorter though.
It drawing started as a study of realism, texture, and light, but it also became a reminder that art isn’t about perfection. Sometimes the most “finished” piece is still just part of the process.
This eye is my own, yes — observed, drawn and refined — and in another video, it will be... destroyed (!!) to show why perfect detail doesn’t make a portrait meaningful. So, Subscribe to see!
