রাজ্য সরকারের আইনজীবী অ্যাডভোকেট জেনারেল কিশোর দত্ত নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়াকে রক্ষা করার চেষ্টা করলেও, বিচারপতিরা রাজ্যের নথিতেই দুর্নীতির ইঙ্গিত খুঁজে পেয়ে তীব্র প্রশ্ন তোলেন।
