Homemade Date Bars made with dates, walnuts, sesame, and a touch of chocolate — a naturally sweet, super healthy snack everyone will love, especially kids!
Date & Walnut Bars
Ingredients:
1 cup walnuts
15–20 dates
Sesame seeds
Chocolate for topping
Instructions:
First, place the dates and walnuts in a food processor and blend until well combined.
Knead the mixture thoroughly, then divide it into two equal parts.
Roll each piece into a long bar shape, just like in the video, and coat it with sesame seeds. (You can also use shredded coconut if you prefer.)
Press gently over the bars using a rolling pin or any similar tool, and add your chocolate on top.
Let the bars rest in the refrigerator for a while.
Once set, slice and serve. Enjoy! 😊
