I ran Watergrove Parkrun in 24:17 and finished 13th.
As the the last Parkrun of the year takes place.
I am very ashamed of myself. I know I should not be hard on myself considering that I ran Bolton just the other day. Nice comments only please.
The atmosphere and runners were really friendly. I would like to thank the volunteers for making this video possible.
Maybe it is time to join a running club, but I am quite busy working and studying.
Maybe an fitness app that could keep me focused.
