This is a simple modification to make your knife your own. Anyone can do this anywhere, as you can see in the video i'm doing this project in my kitchen. This project does not require any special tools or equipment and there are many ways of doing it, in different styles. You will see me do a mustard patina in the rain drop pattern and fully sharpen the knife from start to finish. The mustard patina works best with high carbon steel knives like this opinel. This particular folding knife is going to be a gift for Christmas to a special family member, I hope they enjoy it very much.
