For the third and last song of his support set for the Justin Hayward Band (of which he is a highly valued member), Mike Dawes covers The 1975's Be My Mistake. For the first two minute of this video while Mike is meticulously tuning his guitar, he encourages members of the audience (especially guitar playing members) to meet him at the merchandise table, where he has all kinds of goodies, at the Plaza Live Theatre in Orlando, Florida on April 19, 2025. Be My Mistake was written by George Daniel, Matthew Healy, Adam Hann and Ross MacDonald and was the sixth track on A Brief Inquiry into Online Relationships, The 1975's third studio album released in November 2018. Despite not being an official single from the album, it charted on the New Zealand and U.S. rock charts. Mike Dawes covered Be My Mistake as the tenth track on Galactic Acid, Mike's third and most recent studio album released in August 2024.
