Since starting at the Oakman Group, Chef Director Ross Pike has designed a number of kitchens, and Rational forms the centrepiece around which the kitchens operate.

“When I first joined Oakman a lot of the kitchens had a mish-mash of different equipment which were costly to look after and made maintaining standards difficult, so I sat down and came up with a core of brands we would use everywhere. Now Rationals are always the first things I specify when designing a new kitchen, because I know how much chefs love them.”
