If you don't take his advice, you're probably not the right client.
If you're nasty to his staff and demanding, you're not the right client.

Doesn't matter what type of case you have.
Doesn't matter how good of a case you have.
Some of the best trial lawyers in NY will NOT accept you as a client if you don't meet their criteria for being a good client.
