The system automates gate monitoring by scanning QR code IDs and sending instant SMS alerts to parents. Built using Python, XAMPP, PyCharm, and Semaphore API, the system works both online and offline—storing SMS alerts locally and sending them once the internet reconnects. Scan2Notify offers a reliable and modern solution for attendance monitoring, improved school security, and faster communication.
