Today Michael discusses some of the most frequently used hammers in our shop. The 2.2 pound Swedish pattern forging hammer, a locksmith's hammer, and a couple of planishing hammers.
We are part traditional metalsmithing workshop, part brand. We hand forge every piece we ship in our workshop in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We employ tools spanning three centuries, and source the purest materials in order to evoke a quality typical of days past. We launched this partnership in 2013 with the mission to make responsible, handmade goods accessible to everyone.
