New evidence has surfaced that hints that Dileep and the other accused in the actress assault case, tried to influence the judge. A private channel received an important audio recording of how they tried to influence the judge. In the purported audio recording Dileep’s brother Anoop is heard saying that he wanted to establish a personal relationship with the judge. The alleged voice clip of Anoop also talks about the Excise officer, Jiju Jose, prime accused in the Pavaratty custody murder. Anoop is an accused in the case of attacking the actress. The channel received more evidence from the Mumbai lab where Dileep's phones were submitted for forensic examination. The judge who is considering Dileep's case is the wife of Jiju Jose, an excise officer accused in a custody murder case, Anoop is heard saying in the voice clips that are unverified. Dileep's lawyer 'Santosh' was contacted and told in the audio clip that there should be no confusion on their part and that 'it' is something that affects their 'life and future'. The conversation ends with him saying that he has been able to maintain a close relationship with the judge and it would come of great use for them in the case. Meanwhile, the trail court on Tuesday rejected the claims that video clip of the attack which is a crucial evidence in the case was leaked from the court. The court also rapped the prosecution and asked them what power does the investigation team have to demand an interrogation of the court employees. The three petitions pertaining to the 2017 case over the sexual assault of an actress will come up for consideration in the trial court on Tuesday afternoon.
